I decided to begin my journey to the darkside and got myself one of the Telecom X1's to play around with. I have to say I'm quite liking Android.

This is what I've done so far, nothing like what some people have here. Sadly still running 2.2 as there are no 2.3 ROMs for the U8180.

I'm using GoLauncher EX  but have been swapping almost daily between that and Launcher Pro Plus. I must also check out some of those cool word icon packs.

Thanks to androidmnz for the awesome wallpaper too.

Thanks, was a b*tch to do if I'm honest. Followed this guide - http://androidatnightdesigns.wordpress.com/niteui-better-than-sense-touchwiz-motoblur-ios-miui/

Did some of my own editing. Using ADW Launcher Ex, Desktop widgets, minimalistic text, mClock, fancy widgets, simi folders for the games (Action etc links to a simi folder). Most of what you see is actually 3 different wallpapers and I've used Multiple-Live-Wallpaper.

I tried my hand at making a few icons. Put them with ADW launcher and used desktop visualizer for a bit of a launcher 7 feel.

Some new screenshots

I can scroll the dock to give me 3 docks (5 apps per dock). I've used different colours on each & they're set for different purposes.

The status bar is also hidden, swiping down drops out the notification bar (which also shows the status bar).
