Surely it's easier if they just dropped the price! But then we wouldn't be being one for $5 if they did that ... So all good ... If/when it happens!

When did you submit the claim?  I submitted mine on 12 Jan so I'm not expecting to hear anything for a while :-)

mattwnz: I've had my confirmation. It all looks to be well done. Far better than my experience with HP, which took over 3 months, and had to get the retailer involved, and was run by some outfit in australia which HP had contracted the cashback scheme to..
