JayADee: I don’t think they'd have Arya killing off two major baddies so I am going with Jamie killing his own sister but I am also guessing he doesn’t live through it.

Any guesses who ends up on the throne? I am going with Sansa.

Considering what he has done to be with her, that would be surprising to me, but I have been wrong before :)

Sansa just seems way to weak and unlikeable to be ruling all of Westeros I think. Danys could do it. Cersi too, Tyrion at a push, though I think he wouldn't get enough respect to not be offed pretty quickly, I even think personally that Jon Snow, even though he is the rightful heir makes too many unbelievably stupid decisions.

I'm going to predict Danys with Tyrion as her hand. I can't see both Jon and Danys surviving, one will kill the other, or there will be another form of settlement. I can't really see Danys accepting anything less than #1.

I think Danys and John are both too obvious and will be killed off. I think Sansa is cold blooded enough now after everything to handle it with Tyrion and Araya at her side. Or maybe someone will come in from totally left field!

I reckon Robert Baratheons illegitimate blacksmith son will end up on the throne.

Or for a completely out there theory - Arya is now pregnant with the Blacksmith's child will and it well inherit the throne

I had actually expected the 3 Eyed Raven to end the Ice King actually

As far as I can tell he hasn't been the slightest bit useful. What does he DO? Can't even warn people or tell them anything about what happens.

Jon....stares off into distance (even when looking at people closely) looking depressed.

Dragon Lady: I'm the queen because A)My ancestors were and B)I have the biggest weapons

No different from the rest

Ho hum.

Also, as the series has ended, what will Mr Martin do? Write what they series writers wrote? Change it? Not bother at all now?

Seeing as the series changed quite a number of things in the books anyway....

Didn't Cersei get told by a witch that she would become the Queen, only to then watch all her children die and then be killed by the one she loved?

Pretty much all but the last part of the witch's curse/prediction has already come to pass.

So the question remains...whom does she love?

Is it:

a) her brother (Jamie)

b) her brother (Tyrion)

c) herself (suicide)

d) Jon

e) Sansa

I was just about to post and amend my theory slightly. Even more I think Jamie is going to kill Cersei, perhaps after Arya fails since Arya is now on her way there. I don’t think Jamie's speech to Brianna was because he is going back to Cersei to resume a relationship. I think he finally sees how messed up it all was. He might not be intending to kill her yet but that's what's going to happen. There is some foreshadowing about someone ruling who does not want to. Maybe Arya until her kid comes of age? Or maybe Tyrian and Sansa act as regents until Arya's kid is old enough. Men of the North don’t do well down South (looks like you are definitely dying, John) doesn’t mean a woman can’t. Not sure who would look after Winterfell then though. Any chance Jamie might get stuck with the throne?

Sad the poor dragon got it. Happy the dire wolf lived. Sad John didn’t at least pet him.
Feels rushed but not surprised Danny painted as tyrant, she's been leaning that way in various episodes but been talked out of it. Bit shocked at Sansa betraying John's secret. I thought it would come out some other way. Looking forward to clash of the Cleganes or whatever their last names are.

This episode felt a bit all over the place but they had a lot of ground to cover.
Thought Clegane's horse was very nice. Big feathery feet. Matching tack with Aryas and it was cool to see them travelling together again, this time as equals. Their travels were always fun to watch.

Don't forget that the last prophecy about Cersei is only in the books and not the show itself. The ones in the show were about that she would marry the king, have three kids and their crowns and shrouds would be gold. There was also the one about someone younger and more beautiful coming along and taking all she holds dear. This one may or may not have been fulfilled. I guess we have two episodes left to find out for certain :)
