Well flashed LPQ Darkyrom couple of weeks back. Thus far had a few issues with black on black txt , FC's and locking up of some apps so re-flashed so we'll see. To be honest apart from slight speed increase and some window dressing its not what I expected after all the hype. I realise once the dev's finish their work it will be a lot better until then I may try another custom Rom, any suggestions, was looking at Lightning and Resurrection.

Have you tried WanamLite?

No I haven't Lokhor just flashing Resurrection and then see what happens but will try Wanamlite thanks.

Reading XDA the same issues with darky seem to be with resurrection but what the hey lets have a flash fest this weekend :)

I have flashed Resurrection ICS, are there any other themes, other than the one it comes with?

Been a big fan of recent Remix roms.. but this time gone with Omega for the Black and Blue theme. Love the themeing of all of the icons.. Vedi Naice

Edit: Should add that performance wise.. IMO Remix is better, seems much smoother all round the rom.

Thing I like is it's no wipe.. 3 versions.. all no wipe and one version is the black and blue themed Omega.

Someone able to explain to me the differences between "original android development" and "android development threads on XDA? Is one based on Samsung Sources and the other kitchen built ROMS from people who make source based ROMS?

The Original Android section is for original work, this includes kernels compiled from source, ROMs built from source etc. There are a few exceptions though such as the Batista70 ROM.

All other derivative works go in the Android development section.
