networkn: Should you not be able to backup your rom with titanium ?
or CWM?
prob: Hi world. I have a pretty stock Telecom i9100 and want to flash it with a ROM to get OTG support for a USB keyboard. Any ROM suggestions (prob a kernel issue but I understand most ROMs change the kernel)
GT-i9100T
Android: 2.3.3
Kernel: 2.6.35.7-i9100TD0KH1-CL443486root@DELL141 #2
Build: Gingerbread.D0KH1
nzgeek:
The newer WanamLite builds look like they include the AOSP clock app rather than the Samsung clock app. Like you, I far prefer the Samsung one.
I've uploaded the Samsung clock app to here. Download it, then use a root-capable file manager (e.g. ES File Explorer) to copy it to your phone's /system/app folder.

The download link doesn't work for me :(

That would be IIS returning File Not Found errors because it doesn't know how to handle .apk files. Stupid IIS.
I've just made the necessary change on the server. The link should be working now.

Vivasanti: Hi guys im after some EXPERT help, done the most noob thing EVER. :|
After running Darkys hood droid on my SGS2 for 4 days it was running bad, decided to flash another darkys kernel to see if i could get it going any better (battery life was meh, wasnt as good as my previous version of GB)
It got stuck at the SGS boot screen and couldnt flash via CWM cause i couldnt get a rom on the internal SD, nor the external SD (was just saying file not found)
So i cranked up Odin and reflashed what i thought was my Gingerbread rom on my computer which was infact......
Darkys Rom 10.2 :|
plugged in my phone and put it in Download mode and hit start, it said starting Pit please do not turn off target etc, but the odin progress bar didnt load, so i exited Odin.
I have NO download mode now, and i do have a Jig from my SGS1 but im plugging it in and download mode is not functioning.
Are the Jigs the same between the SGS1 and SGS2.
Has someone got another Jig i could try.
Terrible terrible nub story i feel embarrassed explained.
I need helped not mocked :D
guess my fones fudged, cheers for listening.
