This e-mail (containing amazing use of the English language) came after I sent them about 30 e-mails throughout the course of today demanding my money back. So I will see what comes. Am totally expecting a totally crap pair of rip off fake GHD's so will probably accept the parcel but keep a photo diary of accepting/opening/verifying it. Will keep you posted.

So im holding out hope that the poor owners of this store were scammed aswell as the rest of us, and with limited english, probably were pretty shocked when everyone started complaining about fakes. Thats whay im hoping now anyway. If you go to rip off report .com have pasted link in previous messages you can see a few people have been ripped off, who paid good money for there i-store but never recieved any payments from items sold. So it looks like it is whoever is behind the actual i-store company, and perhaps not the unfortunate people who brought these sites. I have complained to fair go, and you can lodge a complaint with nz commerce commision via email, if anyone wants to, there is also an international commerce commision, which deal with these off shore internet sites in particular, It is an "internet crime complaint centre" http://www.econsumer.gov/english/index.html they deal specifically with international consumer problems, so I would recommend, anyone put in a complaint with them too, as they do specilise in internet commerce issues, and may be able to do more to the company in china that sends these out. I don't think NZ commerce commision can do anything with the factory as its outside nz, but can only deal with the nz based owners. Anyhow. Thanks for letting me know about the bank thing, if my refund doesn't come asap, and they will have it waiting for them in there post box tomorrow, so will check my statement saturday and Tuesday, and if not refunded by then will follow up with the bank. I do have proof photo evidence of the fake ghd recieved and proof they agreed it was fake, and that they would refund, and proof it was returned and once recieved tracking to show that too. Fingers crossed though, if they have dealt with mine and finally agreed to refund me, then they will do the same with everyone else. I hope anyway. If I do get my money back and anyone is still left with nothing or fakes let me know, ill happily voice my side to help anyone else.
